Support Info

Termsive helps real estate professionals and others manage documents, track contract deadlines, and stay on top of obligations. Here's the core workflow:

Upload a Document

Go to the Upload page (or email us with an attachment) and drop in a PDF, DOCX, or TXT file. Termsive will analyze it, generate a Transaction Snapshot and Full Analysis, and set reminders for key dates and deadlines automatically.

Review Your Analysis

On the Documents page, select any document to open the Transaction Snapshot panel. Review the key points, obligations, and important dates extracted from your document. For a deeper dive, click the "Eye" icon in the Actions column to view the Full Analysis.

Organize by Property

Documents are automatically grouped by the property, project, or entity name found in the document. You can also manually assign or reassign documents to any property from the Documents page.

Track Deadlines

Key dates from your documents appear on the Calendar page. Selecting any card from the Detail Panel will take you directly to that document's Transaction Snapshot entry. Connect to Google Calendar in Settings to sync these dates automatically.

Stay Notified

Termsive sends you reminders before upcoming deadlines. Adjust how many days in advance you want to be notified in Settings. You can customize what you want to be reminded of by turning notifications on or off for each key date.

Upload Limits
In-App:Up to 10 documents at a time - up to 25 MB per file. Close the upload dialog and reopen it to upload more.
Email:Maximum 3 attachments per email - up to 25 MB per file. Send additional documents in a separate email to upload@termsive.com.
Formats:PDF, DOCX, and TXT files only.

Support in the live app

The demo is read-only for support requests. In the live app, this page submits a request and sends a confirmation email.
